Best rental we’ve ever booked

Worth the Wait cabin had everything. We stayed 3 nts, Other than getting groceries, we didn’t leave the place. They have horseshoes, corn hole and fire pit Inside were other games. And the river was total entertainment. If you are thinking about staying in or around Broken Bow, you need to stay at Worth the Wait cabin.

Very relaxing and comfortable!!!

It was perfect!!!

This was our second time there and we love going there. Everything was nice and clean.

The photos do not do the house justice! Our family loves the location right along the river and all the space and activities that the property has to offer. We have stayed at this place twice and wouldn’t think twice about booking it again and again.

Relaxing!

Worth the Wait was well worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was very nice with a lot of room to entertain and play or just hang out. The river was easily accessible, and the lot was very large a secluded. Didn't know if we had neighbors or not.

The house is very well maintained. Plenty of activities on site from ping pong, horseshoes, campfires, hot tub, to swimming in the river. Very quiet area. Maintenance was incredibly quick to respond to any minor issue that came up. Our second time visiting the property.

Everything was excellent! We had wine and the smores essentials waiting on us! Great spot for family memories between the river and all of the entertainment provided. We so enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer and we will absolutely be back!

Our family enjoyed this house and being on the river so much! What a unique location that let us get away from it all, which is exactly what we wanted to do!

Intimate Autumn Wedding

This cabin was gorgeous inside and out. It made for the perfect spot for my daughter and new son in law to exchange vows. The fall views were perfection. The cabin had everything we needed from kitchen items to all the fun games for us to enjoy. The bedrooms were beautiful and cozy. This cabin you could grab a week’s worth of groceries and never have to leave! We are already talking about when we can come back!

Great place

Wonderful cabin.

This has been our favorite cabin to stay in by far as this is our 6th year coming to Broken Bow. We really appreciated having a ice machine and the 3 crock pots. Best stocked kitchen I've seen. Plenty of fridge space as well. Rooms were spacious and we didn't have to go up and down stairs in the home. The stairs down to the the river were not bad as well. We utilized the kayaks and swam in the river. Definitely looking forward to a stay next year!

Location, comfort and beauty. We always have the best time here and there is just so much to do.

Simply amazing

Worth the wait is an amazing cabin. They have everything you could possibly want, it's clean and the furnishing are comfortable and pretty. Our favorite activity is kayaking on the river. We kayaked every day of our stay. The river is so enjoyable, we saw turtles, birds and fish. We even found a button plant that attracted butterflies . We saw a beautiful Tigers Swallowtail 🦋. This cabin does not disappoint ☺️. Ping pong table, horseshoes, corn hole, fire pit, twinkle lights, pac man console, pool table, games and so much more.... We were entertained the entire time we were there. We will definitely return.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was beautiful! Everything was a 5 star! Cannot wait to come back!

Best river view and river access!

This cabin had so many pluses. It was definitely the best river view and river access (we observed all the others as we kayaked upstream and downstream). We loved that the cabin interior was all on one level. The decks were great, and although it was a trek down to the river, the gradual decent of the steps made it very easy to do, over and over. Another plus was that the adults could be at the fire pit and still be so close to the kids when they were on the play set. The road was very quiet and we only saw maybe 5 or 6 cars go by over our 3 day trip. No noise from other cabins. The cabin on the right (downstream) was fairly close but we didn’t notice them at all. The one on the left is way too far away to be an issue. The family did a lot of fishing (didn’t have much luck but next time will do more research on what bait to use for this time of year). This is the 5th cabin we’ve been to over the past 4 years and we discussed the pros and cons of each. We all loved the kayaking and that it was fairly easy to get the kayaks down to the river and to use the electric pulley to get them back up. The kids in our family are 4, 6, 10, and 12; and we felt safe with them in the kayaks and they loved stopping at different places and getting out and swimming and hunting for skipping rocks. We had no material issues and Dawnisa was extremely responsive, both before our trip and during.

It was the PERFECT getaway for our family! The house is clean, beautiful and well thought out! Dawnisa was very helpful as well! Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

The greatest

We had the best weekend with 6 adults and 6 kids. Outstanding comfort in the most incredible location. The house has everything you need and more. This is actually my 4th stay here and return every year. The beds are so comfortable and the house is so well appointed. There were endless activities for the kids and everyone is eager to return.

Our Private Riverfront Dream

Our family goes to Broken Bow every summer. This year we wanted to stay further south and by the river. Worth the Wait was exactly that. It is deep into the woods with your own piece of heaven on the river. The house came with everything you need. And if I had questions or needed anything, Dawnisa answered me immediately. The riverfront location was just perfect. Our family and friends will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We took our family and in-laws for their birthday for 4 days, and loved every minute. The three master suites were spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. We played all sorts of games (pool ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball), swam in the river, cooked out, popped in the hot tub, and really relaxed. The kayaks were a wonderful addition as well and we took two family trips out on the river on them. Easily the best VRBO and we will be back!

Amazing.

Everything was perfect in the cabin. Every appliance you could think of was there. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, with enough bath towels for our stay. The management company was always there to answer any questions we had. The misting system for bugs was a big hit while we sat on the porch. We would stay there again.

Great lodging for large families with lots of active littles!!! We had everything we could possibly need!

Incredible!!

We stayed here for Fall break with 3 families, 6 kiddos total. It was the most peaceful place! So much for kids & adults to do!! The river slowed down & we were able to kayak and enjoy the stunning views! The interior of the home is impeccable. The furnishings, decor and kitchen amenities were literal perfection! The beds were SO comfortable & cabin is SO cozy. Everything was PERFECTLY thought out! We will be back again!

Over the top

Celebrated my daughters 16th birthday and Worth the Wait was more then we imagined. They thought of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!! Not a detail was missed. If you need it in the kitchen, IT IS THERE! If your looking for a place to keep the kids entertained, THIS IS IT! We had 7 teens from 15-18, they never got bored and even put the phones down for extended periods of time. Loved that they could all sleep in 1 room. Home was spotless. Decor is beautiful. Setting is peaceful. Guest services were quick to respond and even thoughtful enough to just check in on us. Highly recommend Worth the Wait and hope we can visit again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Wonderful home and location for a memorable family vacation. The outside patio is perfect to sip a cup of coffee early in the morning while overlooking the trees and listening to the birds. The deck by the river is perfect to relax, gather or overlook the river. The home is perfect for a big group. There is room for different activities and interests. Kitchen has great appliances and drawers are filled with pots, pans, bowls and anything else you need to prepare meals or snacks. Barbacue grill is powerful. Ice machine is a plus. I could go on and on. We all had a wonderful time.

Worth the wait!

Worth the Wait was absolutely the best experience my family and I have had with a vacation rental. The place clean, everything worked, and what you needed was there. There was no confusion with checking in or out. All instructions were clear and specific. A beautiful facility with lots of entertainment for all.

Big Kudos!

This is our second time returning to Worth the Wait, and it was just as great as the first. The property is beautiful and the river access provides hours of family fun. Thanks for helping us make wonderful family memories....again!

Awesome cabin!!

This place is awesome for a large group. You have a beautiful view of the river and a huge deck to sit on and enjoy the view as well. Has a place to get on the river and go kayaking that the cabin has for use. The cabin is extremely well kept and you feel like you are at home.

Amazing propeety

We have stayed in many home over the last several years, this one was in a different league. It had everything anyone would ever need. Also the “location location location” our grandkids were either in the canoes or Hot Tube or playing one of the table games. Non of our kids ever got on their devices. The mattresses were amazing In Every room. two washers and two dryers, two refrigerators, the commercial ice maker was amazing! All outside furniture was top of the line. Our host was amazing always available and even let me borrow her ice cream machine. We will be back! We only left The house one day for about 3 hours. We normally float the River but on the days we planned they were releasing water From the lake. But our kids were not disappointed because they canoed everyday out the back door, basically. They fished also. We can’t wait to come back.

Exceeds all Expectations

The one line sentence I put on the review could be a 2nd name for this jewel of a place- “Exceeds all Expectations”! I was looking for a cool place to celebrate my Mother’s 80th Bday, and I’m not sure I could have found a better place! The pictures just do not do it Justice! We had 12 people there and we all had the best time. We have rented houses for our family vacations from Hawaii to Yellowstone to Florida & Mexico beaches, and this place in Broken Bow may have been our favorite. The river was absolutely beautiful and all the decks and staircases were incredible. The kayaks were great to have as a small add on & well worth it. Loved the electric winch for the kayaks. We spent so much time on the back porch as a family just hanging out and had great quality time, my Momma loved it! We had fires at the firepit and thank you for the S’more’s! They were a hit!! We threw horseshoes and cornhole, played pool, hot tubbed, & played shuffle board & ping pong & foosball! That place is its own entertainment center! I am a builder and whoever built this place did an incredible job and I was really impressed with how they thought about everything! The only thing that could be a little drawback to some people is that it’s about 15 min from Broken Bow and 30 min (depending on time of year & traffic) from Hochatown. That didn’t bother us at all as we were there for 5 days and stayed at the house most of the time. The parking lot available is unbelievably huge! You could have a big group of guys with their boats & trailers, and it’s hard to find parking like that. Worth The Wait is a 10 out of 10 in my books and could not have been any happier with the house and the leasing manager Dawnisa was awesome too on every inquiry we had before getting there and she made the booking & billing as easy as it gets! Book this one!!

We had a wonderful time here

I am so pleased with the atmosphere here. The cabin was fully furnished, there wasn't any appliance I needed to bring and the rooms were simply beautiful. We spent a large portion of our time enjoying the outdoors. Mornings were so peaceful and the river just added to it. My son kayaked each day. Don't let price keep you from reserving this cabin...it is absolutely worth every dime; It's Worth the Wait. Thanks again for another outstanding experience. I'll be back.

This home is Amazing

We stayed in this beautiful home with our family. There were 10 of us! It was stunningly beautiful. There wasn’t anything missing. I felt like we were home. There was something for everyone. Lots of room for the whole family and yet lots of space for privacy. The misting system for mosquitoes and flies was something I have never seen and it worked great! The views of the river from the outdoor patio were so peaceful. It was everything and more than expected. We will definitely revisit Worth the Wait!

Best Family River Trip EVER

This house has it ALL! The outdoor space is amazing! We loved & used the horeshoes & playhouse but our favorite was renting the kayaks right from the house & using those over & over! The outdoor space even has bug misters that keep bugs away so no need for bug spray on our kiddos! We also enjoyed the ping pong table & hot tub. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitched we have ever seen....it had a griddle, a crockpot & an air fryer! There were so many pans & even things to put your left overs in. So great to have 2 refrigerators too. It was perfect! The VERY BEST PART was the ice maker on the porch that we used daily to keep ice in our coolers. We are now looking up how to have one of these at our lake house. :) The beds were all very comfortable & it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. The showers all had shampoo, conditioner & body wash which was a nice perk. The game room was fun too - really enjoyed the shuffle board! The house has lots of indoor & outdoor seating which is great for our large family. It had everything we could ever want! (wifi was also great!) We also REALLY appreciated the level of service that was given while we were there! If ever we had a question, they were only a text away. So helpful!

Worth the wait is the perfect family getaway!

Worth The Wait is the perfect family get away. We had a great time Kayaking and fishing together during the day. At night we played games, made s’mores one the fire, and sat in the hot tub. This is our second time to stay in a Mt Fork management cabin and both times were wonderful. The cabins are always clean and well stocked.

“Worth the wait ,” was totally the most appreciate name for our family get away! All of my family could not have been more thrilled with our accommodations! Everyone has their own, private space and the acoustics were wonderful in every room. Noise from other rooms were never heard. I took many pictures of the home and different rooms, including both decks. I’ve been sharing the pictures with all my friends and 2 of them said they will definitely be coming at some time in the near future. The sound system was amazing. We loved being able to hear it anywhere in the house, even outside. Simply put, it was a dream come true. Thank you so much for this experience!!!! Worth the Wait is perfection!

This was the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The house was very clean and had anything that we thought of. We were able to prep and cook meals with ease both indoors and outdoors. There were many entertainment options for both kids and adults, the location and home are beautiful, and there is plenty of space for multiple families to stay comfortably. The environment is peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful family getaway and can't wait to return.

WELL Worth the Wait!

We had three families with children and teens that stayed here. This cabin is above and beyond anything we expected staying on the river! This area has recently seen a beautiful renovation of cabins that provide additional activities like play sets and kayaks on site, game rooms and hot tubs. Worth the Wait has all that and more. You get the feel of a Hochatown cabin with all the luxury bedding, a bunk room, a fantastic game room, huge hot tub and massive deck, multiple bedrooms with in suite restrooms….but you also get what the area is known for. Waterfront!!!! You are perched right above the Lower Mountain Fork river and you have access to the kayaks on site to explore in it or you can just go down the steps to the huge deck to watch the water flow by, or walk out on the rocks that are at the base of the deck to have a closer look at the fish swimming in the clear water there or to take a dip yourself. Part of our group never came in till bedtime, and the other part found no reason to leave all the comfort inside. This cabin truly has something for everyone! When we have a large group, we will be booking here from now on!

Outstanding!

This place was amazing. The view, the beds, the activities on the property was well worth the wait. We didn't leave the property to go do anything else. Totally entertained being just there. Renting the kayaks from the property was worth the cost. This cabin was a full deal with all the extras provided. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

This is by far my most favorite Airbnb I have ever been to! Plenty to do and the place had everything you could ever imagine. The highlight of it was definitely the creek/river and ability to walk down to the dock, grab a canoe, and float the river for hours. Would recommend to anyone that wants time away with their family to have the best bonding experience. Endless things to do. The pictures do not do it justice. We are already talking about when we would like to come back! 11/10!

This was a great getaway!

The house was very clean, and the host was easy to communicate with! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place! We will be back.

Fabulous property!

Perfect location for our family and amazing property! Just as described and featured. Lots of covered outdoor space, and plenty of space inside and out with lots to do! Loved lights and fireplace on timers, all tv remotes and directions easy to use. Had a Christmas tree up and wonderful welcome s’more package! Will be back!

We had a great time at your house, everything was first class and very much attention to detail in every way we were very satisfied and everyone talked about coming back in the future for family functions. It is a truly worthwhile destination. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was that my mom uses a walker and my mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and getting them from the parking area to the house was a major ordeal. It is not very handy cap friendly trying to get from the parking lot to the house. I would recommend some type of sidewalk from the parking area to the house because getting a walker or a wheelchair through all of that gravel at that great of a distance what was very difficult. Other than that everything was fabulous thanks

Definitely Worth the Wait

This is a trip that we take every year, We decided to try a new spot this year and Worth the wait will be our new spot. They really thought of everything we could possibly need or want. There is so much space that your group has plenty of room to spread out. The deck is awesome. with plenty of fans and shade to escape the heat. With there being a triple digit heat advisory I was worried about feeling miserable but the large shaded deck was very comfortable with all of the fans. We loved being able to make a loop with the kayaks several times a day and then relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the river. We have found our new spot and can’t wait to come back.

Worth the wait, worth the penny!

We had such an amazing stay here. The hosts thought of everything building this cabin! All of the games and activities were perfect. The patio and scenery of the river was just what we needed. It’s so beautiful inside and spacious for however many people you have with you. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and functional. The beds were so comfy we slept so great! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and the sound system was perfect for our little family party! I can’t wait to come back here it was seriously the best cabin I’ve stayed in out here.
