Enjoyably peaceful experience

We had a 3 night stay at Grandview. The location meet our expectations. We enjoyed a very peaceful experience especially during my favorite time of the day (in the early hours sitting out by the river listening to the sounds of birds and other animals) . The cabin had everything we needed and it was well cleaned inside! We enjoyed the easy access to the river for kayaking, swimming and fishing. Definitely on my top favorites .

Nice cabin perched among nature

The cabin is a pretty cabin especially the interior of it which is made of wood, all around: ceiling, walls, and furniture within similar type of wood which I liked. It is also nicely located and yes it has a river view. Its a type of rural place, located among trees. This is a place for people who is looking for a quiet peaceful time among nature. The cabin was also very clean, and very and well supplied. My thanks to Dawnisa, the property manager, for taking such a good care of us. She answered all our questions promptly and in a very clear and concise way. The cabin is a pet friendly place and nice that we could bring our puppies with us. However, the terrain was not really fit for our dogs. The area that surrounds the cabins are made of gravel; no grass or enclosed areas for the doggies to run and do their needs as they are used to. Being Oklahoma a flat state, or at least most of it, the river is pretty but looks like a stand -still river for us. It is good for people who likes to go on a kayak for example. Since the river does not run or dance as I call it, there is not sounds or songs coming from it either. I was little disappointed about it but I should have known better. Also, since the cabin is located into nature you need to drive between 30 to 40 minutes to reach parks, walking trails, and restaurants. There is not food delivery service either. Nothing wrong with what the cabin has to offered if that is what you are looking for you are for a good time.

I can’t imagine a more beautiful and peaceful setting. So many great accommodations to just sit and enjoy the breathtaking views of the river. The hot tub and fire pit were very relaxing. The house was comfortable, equipped with dishes, cookware, coffee and tea. We had a great time!

It was awesome how you had thought of everything to do or need already available at the cabin. We had a very fun and relaxing time. Most definitely plan on another stay hopefully soon.

Really great place

Great cabin amazing experience! Very considerate and well appointed! For example they had an ice machine, little things like dedicated spots for tv controllers too many things to list. They even had charcoal by the grill, and a place that stored firewood out of the rain. Really great place

My family of four travels frequently, and this was by far one of our favorite finds! The property was just as described. We really enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and activities. Being right on the river was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking as a family, and my son fished nonstop. We hope to return soon! Also--there was a minor problem with the A/C, and the only reason I'm mentioning it is to point out that it was fixed immediately with excellent communication with the host and zero interruption to our stay. Top notch management and overall awesome property!

Great experience, cabin was clean and had everything we needed

We cannot wait to return! The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies. The gift of s’more and a bottle of wine was a sweet welcome gift. The best part for us were the kayaks. We so enjoyed the river!

Loved the cabin. We are a family of 6 and the Grandview cabin was very spacious, well maintained and well lit. I loved that everything was stocked up in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is there were a lot of spider webs outside around the light fixtures. Given that its summer and its in the woods I can see why there were so many spiders, mosquitos and flies, but overall the service and the cabin - AMAZING!

We absolutely loved our week stay. It was the perfect balance of family fun and relaxing.

Relaxing and Memorable!

We stayed at the cabin during the month of June, and it was absolutely beautiful—both inside and out. We were amazed at how spacious the outdoor area was, with plenty of games and activities that kept everyone entertained. The view of the river was stunning and incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also accidentally left something behind, and management was kind enough to mail it back to us at no charge, which we truly appreciated. Excellent hospitality all around. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation week here. The cabin was amazing with a great view. The kids loved the playground and kayaks. It was the perfect combination of family fun and relaxation.

Well appointed river front cabin with ample outdoor activities

Our adventure began at Grandview Cabin perched high above the Mt. Fork River. The cabin was very well appointed and in pristine condition. The outdoor area is expansive with 5 different activity zones. The 3 tier deck situated above the river was our favorite place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The covered side porch with fireplace and TV was a must for a movie after a day of hiking and exploring. I highly recommend River Top Cabins for your next getaway!

Great Family Stay with Amenities

We had a great stay at this property. The description and photos represented the property well. We really enjoyed that the hot tub, fire pit and playground were all in the same area so that the kids could play and ease of keeping everyone together at the same spot. Everything was well maintained and guide books helped answer any questions. We brought a trailer and had plenty of room to park it for the weekend.

Grandview stay 3/2025

Grandview was an incredible spot for a quiet getaway for our family of four. We had a wonderful stay here. The view was spectacular and access to the river for fishing and kayaking was perfect. The cabin was immaculate and provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, s’mores at the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, several games of horseshoe & corn hole. We loved it here, we enjoyed everything, but the beautiful surroundings and quiet outdoors were our favorite... We highly recommend.

Perfect in every way!

The cabin was perfect in every way. Clean, well organized, perfect location, abundant outdoor space, kitchen has everything you need, outdoor grill, television in four areas, two fire places, hot tub, play ground for the adults and kids, all while also enjoying being right on the river.

AMAZING VACATION SPOT

This was our first time to OK.. The moment we pulled up we fell in LOVE. We were impressed by how clean the entire outdoor area was. We when entered the cabin we were BLOWN away. Cozy cabin with everything you could possibly need. We took a party of 4 with our tow dogs for my b-day. Wanted a place to engage in nature and relax and enjoy time with our family and ways from our Dallas city life. PERFECT PLACE. Everyone in our group fell in love and our fur babies really LOVED their time as well. Dawn was amazing. I honestly can not say enough about this place. WE LOVED IT and I had a hard time wanting to leave. WE WILL BE Back. If you are looking into booking. DON'T WAIT.. DO IT :) Also great place to go horse-back riding: Beavers Bend Train Depot and Stables GREAT EXPERIENCE

Peaceful Christmas

We stayed at Grandview for 4 nights during Christmas. We walked into the cabin with a Christmas tree and decor which was a great touch to make our stay feel festive. The cabin had everything we needed and grounds were nice. We enjoyed the outdoor fire place and heaters while watching Christmas movies.

Great place

First of all, the view! Couldn’t be any closer to the beautiful river! Relaxing on one of the decks, playing cornhole, soaking in the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit you have beautiful views of the trees and river. There’s also nice steps going into the water and they provide kayaks. They also provide firewood! The cabin is clean and cute. It is well stocked with comfortable beds and thick fluffy towels. The loft room is little warm so don’t put the hot natured person up there.

This was our second time here. We had an amazing time. Great property right on the river. Highly recommend!

anniversary weekend

We stayed here when we got married 5 years ago and came back again! We love it! Water access and views, perfect decks and the one that is covered with a fireplace is perfect for a cool morning or rainy day, games provided, really well stocked kitchen. We'll be back again and again!

Fantastic, relaxing weekend.

It would be difficult to find something to complain about our stay at Grandview. We did not cook but had a private chef come and cook for us one night. He was able to find everything he needed in the kitchen to prepare a great four course meal for us. We were fortunate enough to have a day without the really hot temps which allowed us to spend time on the deck overlooking the river. Just a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. We have also stayed in one of the other cabins previously. Both places are wonderful and well managed. I imagine we will probably come back yearly.

Amazing stay

If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. We've been a repeat guest with them and this is our 3rd time staying in their cabins. We stayed in the Grandview Cabin this time and the scenery was so beautiful, the house was very clean, plenty of games as well and they were fast to respond to any of our text messages. By chance, if you forgot something at the cabin on checkout day its not a problem. They stopped what they were doing for us and came by the cabin to see if it was indeed still there. Once they found it, they were so nice about it and they mailed it back to me!! That definitely showed me how much they care about their guests. I will always be returning to them and look forward to making more memories with my family. Thank yall for everything!!!!

Perfect family getaway

This was exactly what our family needed to end the summer. Set way back in a quiet area, we loved the privacy of our cabin. We did have neighbors at the next cabin during our stay and we didn’t even notice they were there with the privacy fences and distances between the cabins. The stairs and patios leading to the water were perfect for sitting and viewing the river as well as easy access for kayaking every day! All the Equiptment included with the rental was perfect for our use. The cabin came fully stocked in the kitchen for all of our cooking needs during our stay. We are definitely considering booking for a large family retreat in the spring! We could not have asked for a more perfect retreat.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My extended family and I spent the weekend at Grandview. This cabin is sitting right on the lower mountain fork river with access literally right out the back door. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, there was plenty of seating, and fans to help keep somewhat cool. Family had a great time playing cornhole and other outdoor games. The cabin itself was completely stocked with anything you could need and more, including complementary wine and goodies to make s’mores. We had a great time and definitely will be back again!

Grandview Cabin

Fantastic cabin just as described! Our family loved staying right on the river in this beautiful cabin. Views were terrific; very quiet and out of the way. The amount of outdoor seating was amazing, and our little loved the playground equipment! The manager even met us in town to return a laptop that was left. We will definitely stay here again!

Grand get-away

We had a great experience staying at Grandview. Our party was two septuagenarian couples, long-time friends, so we were not very adventurous but really enjoyed the quietness and relaxing comfort of the lodge. The amenities were excellent. We hope to return for another visit someday.

I booked this cabin last minute for a much needed get away from the city and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It was clean, well maintained, as pictured and with water views from just about anywhere on the property. I would hands down book again

Your own little resort

My husband and I just left Grandview and spoke repeatedly about how perfect it is. From the setup, aesthetic, and upkeep of cabin to the surrounding area with it's own hot tub, horseshoes, tables and chairs, and a perfect deck on the river. We loved every bit of our stay and would highly recommend Grandview. It truly had everything and the only thing I wish was different was we had cooler weather to use the fire pit -- but that's Mother Nature's fault. :)

Awesome cabin

The Grandview cabin was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time. It was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised with all the necessities needed in the kitchen. The owner was so prompt in responding to my email(s). We will definitely be back and will book the Grandview cabin again. We traveled from Houston and absolutely loved Broken Bow and the State Park. We had an amazing, relaxing stay at Grandview Cabin, beginning with booking, extremely clean cabin with many extras!

Grandview was a beautiful, clean, well appointed cabin with an amazing view of the river from the cabin and the many decks! With steps from the lower deck directly into the river it made lauching the kayaks, that were made avaible with the cabin rental, into the river very easy. I can say this was the most relaxing, peaceful and much needed getaway we've had and will definitely stay here again!

A wonderful, relaxing Getaway

As always, our stay on the Mr Fork River was a delightful Getaway! Grandview is a wonderful place to stay and offers so many amenities that we didn’t even want to go into town! Thank you again for making our stay perfect!

Perfect in every way!

Let me start from the beginning… From the pre-arrival check in email to the overall accommodations, the customer service was excellent. Dawnisa, the property manager, made our booking process simple and easy. She was readily available to answer any questions I had from the beginning of our trip, during, and even after we checked out. She was helpful in providing names of reputable kayak/canoe and horseback riding places. The Grandview cabin was perfect in every way. It is perched atop of a hill overlooking the river in a lovely and relaxing setting. The cabin was spacious enough for our family of six. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked. No worries if you forgot to pack shampoo, conditioner, or body wash… There was a dispenser in the tub/showers providing those things. There is plenty of outside seating. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee in the chairs overlooking the river. The side porch with fans and a large TV made for a perfect place for early risers to watch the morning news without disturbing the late sleepers. The corn hole game, horseshoes, as well as the playground area was a huge hit with the little ones. The hot tub was also enjoyed by the adults. The privacy fence on the outer edges of the property on each side of the cabin gives you the feeling that your cabin is the only one there. The kayaks and life vest were another added amenity that we all enjoyed. Our five year old grandson caught fish in the river and now wants to be a professional fisherman. L O L! We enjoyed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Short of groceries, the cabin was loaded with everything you would need. Our family vacation this year was one of the best ones yet and one we will always remember. Life is short and years rush past… Your little ones grow up so fast. Making memories with our family is very important to us and we did just that at the Grandview River Top cabin! We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful and amazing place.

Very peaceful and relaxing.

The property was as expected based on the description and pictures. Access to the water was very easy, but not really meant for little kids, more for teenagers/adults. The view to the river was very nice. Even though you are kind've close to other cabins, it was still a very peaceful stay. The essentials were definitely provided and made the stay so much easier.

Amazing

This was our second year renting a cabin Dawnisa. As always we had a wonderful time. The river is crystal clear and great for kayaking.Cabins have been spotless upon arriving both years. We have found our forever vacation spot.

Excellent!

Everything was excellent. Customer service was best ever experienceed. We had a stray dog come up about 11 pm one night. we were a little concerned about him. Texted customer service & they responded immediately! However, the price was quite steep for the accomodations in my opinion. I guess you get what you pay for!

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay. A lovely quiet getaway for family. The location is beautiful and the decks leading down to the water were perfect for dining outside and watching the river. We did not get a chance to fully enjoy the river because of the storms and the damn being opened but the amenities to do so looked great. We would love to come back! The check in process was easy and friendly.

Great location on the river, but it is basically a house in a neighborhood

We were hoping for a quiet getaway, but evidently we didn't do research well enough. The cabin itself was exactly as described. It was comfy, well stocked, and the beds were great. We loved the proximity to the river, we did not love the proximity to the incredibly loud neighboring cabin. There were parties at both cabins next to us. Despite us contacting River Top Cabins and speaking with the neighbors, the parties went passed midnight. We were hoping for late-night quiet, and it just wasn't the place for that. If you're looking for a vibrant trip with lots of people, this place is great. If you're looking for a quiet escape, this place is not for you.

Amazing Cabin and Property!

I don't leave many reviews, but this property is special and deserves the time to write this review. From the moment we pulled up we were amazed by the property and setting right on the river. The cabin itself is very well appointed with all the comforts of home, but a true cabin feel. The main living area has enormous windows that face the river and the sunrise in the morning. Everywhere you turn there are extra touches that the owners could have skipped, but they all add to the wow factor. We made full use of the large fire pit (there was plenty of firewood), the hot tub, the numerous outdoor seating areas, the playground, and more. There are heaters on the patio and an outdoor gas fireplace. The river access is down well maintained stairs, which are fully lit via a switch at the house. The river was really full during our stay and running pretty quick, but we still managed to catch a largemouth. We will definitely return to Grandview for future family getaways.

As we had not been in this area for a long time we took a chance when I saw it on- line. What a good decision i made! We plan to come back next year. The only thing I would have changed would have been less foggy or rainy weather, but neither of us have any control over those things. See y’all again next year i hope.

Super Nice Cabin

This cabin was so very nice and well cared for. Everything we needed was available and the management was super responsive. We had a small issue with the hot tub breaker and someone came immediately to fix it for us. We enjoyed the kayaks and the corn hole and just relaxing by the beautiful river watching other Kayakers go past. Everything was super clean and the instructions for the TV's were awesome. We enjoyed the patio TV for football so we didn't miss our game. Couldn't have asked for more and we hope to return.

More amazing than I could have imagined.

The cabin was amazing and had all the amenities you could possibly want. Enjoyed the quietness and serenity and being by the river. The outdoor furniture was quite unique and very comfortable. Morning coffee on the porch and sipping on wine in the afternoon was great. If you are looking for a quiet and or romantic place to go by all means book this cabin. Staff (Dawnisa) was great. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Only recommendation would be for some swings like we’re at the cabin next door.

We had the most amazing time! Everything was perfect and just as described. We had great directions, great communication with the hosts, and probably the easiest check out we've had at a rental. The river is perfect and we have a few found love for kayaking! Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Stay

My family has stayed at Granview twice now and each time it is a sincere pleasure. The house provides all the comforts of home plus some. From having morning coffee overlooking the river to enjoying the hot tub to playing outside, Grandview has everything you need to play and relax. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful getaway

This area was so beautiful! My family had fun in the river we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. My favorite place was the covered patio watching tv or enjoying a drink outside. Even in 95 degree weather the fans kept you cool. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The cabin was perfect for my family and my sister rented the cabin next door so we got to enjoy both areas together. Will definitely be back.

Great Cabin and Property!

Our family had a great time at this cabin! My husband loves to fish, so he was able to do that all day every day without having to go anywhere. We were able to eat meals together and hang out with him throughout the day on the decks and dock and he was able to do his thing. The hot tub (different than in the pics and HUGE!) and fire pit were awesome. Also, there is a new deck on the side of the cabin with a roof, outdoor TV, gas fireplace, and heaters that isn't even shown in the listing pics....it was great! There were lots of entertainment options with DirecTV, Ruko, Netflix, etc. This place is pretty remote, so there was no road noise. We brought all the supplies we needed, so we didn't have to go anywhere. Also, all the outdoor lighting is light activated and comes on automatically each evening. The lighting was just enough and perfectly placed, creating a very zen-like atmosphere. And the owners were very responsive and accommodating. All in all, it was a VERY relaxing and enjoyable trip. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to anyone seeking this type of vacation!

We stayed with our children and grands and had a great time. Cabin was clean and so cute. We got up early in morning and used the kayaks, that are provided, to go down the river. The hot tub was clean and inviting. Great time was had by all!! Thanks so much

Grand view cabin

The cabin was amazing! The weather didn’t cooperate so we were unable to take advantage of the river! We saw some deer and a huge owl that must live there around the cabin! This is the perfect getaway for a family!

Fantastic Customer Service

We had such a nice time at Rivertop Cabins on our vacation near Broken Bow, OK. My youngest and I loved relaxing on the deck right above Mountain Fork River. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill, making s’mores on the fire pit, hanging out in the hot tub, fishing, playing frisbee, and playing horseshoes. The river was running fast, due to the lake releasing water from flooding, so we did not get to use the kayaks. This was what you call glamping! You get the beautiful outdoors plus all the cozy comforts of home! The cabin is very comfortable with all the amenities you could think of and not think of. Some of the plusses were matches, flashlight, and lantern. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room to spread out. We played a few card games on the deck by the house and my oldest enjoyed working on a puzzle. We enjoyed the complimentary fudge, wine, and water! That was a very nice touch for us. It was an awesome place to visit with excellent customer service from management. If you come across an issue she will be sure to correct it for you!

Fantastic Customer Service

I was really sad because we were really looking forward to staying in this particular cabin. The owner called me to cancel my reservation due to the back deck being flooded. We have gotten a lot of rain in Oklahoma this year. For safety concerns, we both decided to cancel. The owner helped us: 1. Find a new cabin 2. Refunded us half of our money 4. Booked the new cabin for us on her expense! She paid the extra cost to rent another cabin so we weren’t having to pay more than we had originally planned to pay. I definitely want to come back and stay in a cabin and I will def look for one of her cabins to stay in! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Beautiful view

It was so awesome being able to stay right on the river! The t.v. outside was a big hit with my husband and my kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing corn hole and of course being able to hop in a kayak and play in the water. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible View

The view from this cabin was breathtaking. The cabin had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the games inside and out were perfect to keep our kids entertained. I woke up at 6 am our last day to watch the sun come up and even got to spot an otter! Made my day!

Very nice place to visit, beautiful view of the river. Cabins are really nice with outdoor grill. fireplace, hottub, kayaks and steps thats lead down to the rivers edge. Would definitely come back again.

Labor Day Retreat

Grandview was the perfect place. Everyone had a great time, it's on the river so you can swim, kayak, or just sit. Would recommend!!!

Amazing

My wife and I decided to go to Broken Bow. It has been 2-3 years since we last went. The thing that really drew me to this cabin is it is right on the river. I was really impressed with Dawnisa as she went to great lengths to answer all my questions and to make sure everything was perfect. It was too cold and rainy for us but would loved to have used the fire pit, hot tub, and horseshoe pit. Broken Bow has a lot of cabins you can rent but I would say River Top cabins are in a league of their own. I was really concerned the cabin would be hard to find but the directions Dawnisa sent were super easy to follow.

Great place to stay

The cabin exceeded my expectations. It had complimentary gifts upon arrival, a very nice and clean setting, it was warm and cozy, and had everything. The hot tub and kayaks were really fun, and the cabin had everything we needed to cook, clean, and be comfortable. Definitely coming back at some point.

This home is set way up on the hill overlooking the river and has a wonderful view of nature. The home itself is beautiful and while compact it offers two full bathrooms. We found one bed to be too soft for our liking, but the other bed was perfect. The outdoor areas were pleasant - with a covered area for people to relax on in bad weather. There is a lot of space around the cabin, insuring you have privacy from neighbors - which is very nice. This cabin would be amazing in the fall to enjoy the foliage, hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was lacking in some supplies - but we managed. The home owner was very responsive to my communication and was very accommodating to our needs.

Great Girls Weekend!

The cabin was wonderful! Perfect location for a quick girls weekend away. There were six ladies and there was plenty of room. The cabin had everything and more! Thank you River Top Cabins!

Hot tub

The water has a foul smell. After sitting in the tub on Friday night, she has a horrible rash. You need to drain the water.

Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing time at the cabin! Absolutely gorgeous! There’s so much to do at this cabin, that other cabins just don’t have. The massive yard on each side with the privacy walls they put up, (not shown in the pictures ) was great! Perfect for the dogs to run and play, the horseshoe pit, Cornhole, HUGE drum fire pit, comfortable seating all around, The amazing hot tub with all the bells and whistles! That thing has Wi-Fi! You can play your music through it at night, right next to the firepit.. with the lights they strung around the property... Ohhh my, all of your problems just disappear.. That gorgeous view at the top overlooking the beautiful deck lit up over the river.. It was fun watching the beavers play! This was the perfect spot for fishing! In the morning, when the sun is hitting the water just right, you could see the fish at the bottom, some were pretty massive! Although all we caught were sunfish. Perfect though for our three and five-year-old to get excited over! Also they have kayaks available on their property to use! A bunch of them! My husband and I were able to go out with them on our laps, it was perfect! It was their first time on the water! The 1st day, the water was running pretty fast, we thought kayaking wasn’t going to happen. But the next day, the water went way down, and it was calm! All of the leaves were turning colors, it was just beautiful. They also have the fireplace set up outside with the TV above it, and the heaters above to keep you nice and warm on these chilly nights. You can watch the kids play under the strung lights, ( reminds me of carnival lights ) while you grill, watch tv, or just enjoy the quiet noises of nature. And their huge Sasquatch they put up on the other side of the road, literally scared the crap out of me countless times at night! LOL it was hilarious, perfect spot for it!! The beds were comfortable, my kids slept perfectly on the couches, The kitchen has everything you need! I do suggest bringing tinfoil, Tupperware, and ziplock bags for leftovers, and marinating steak! Shower stayed nice and hot with all of the people needing to take showers.. We highly highly recommend this cabin, you will not be disappointed! Thank you both for a perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!!

Great winter view

Property manager went above & beyond to find someone to repair the hot tub after business hours so that we could enjoy it at least one night of our weekend visit.
